The Quality sensor developed by our institute is a process quality sensor based on hardware measurement. It is installed in the injection mold and can overcome the limitation of the soft measurement to provide an effective online measurement method for the injection molding process and product quality. This ensures the molding production process (mold, machine, parameter setting, control, etc.) are always in optimal operating condition.
