The rapid development of the plastics processing industry has led to an increase in market demands for high-end injection molding machines. However, the current processing control level falls far below the standard. This has created a situation where the domestic injection molding machines are concentrated in the low-end product market and can’t compete in the international high-end market. In such a situation, our institute developed an affordable, high-precision, intelligent, monitoring and control system for plastic injection molding machines. Using advanced control and testing techniques, it is possible to control the key parameters such as velocity, pressure, temperature, and molding positioning in each stage of the injection molding process to ensure the quality of injection products.
